Chapter 137. Whatever You Wish, Sir
Andrew hurried into Melvin’s office and began to rip things off the cabinet and smash them on the floor. In just a few minutes, he had successfully emptied Melvin’s cabinet. He moved to the opposite wall and smashed his fist in the mirror repeatedly, until the glass had shattered around him and his hand stung as glass shards pierced his wounds.
He yelled. “Come out Melvin. Come out now.”
Charles had been right about him overplaying his hands. He had hoped that Charles would have caved and accepted his terms without him having to actively goad Charles to. But the man had gone ahead and signed with someone else barely fifteen minutes after leaving his office.
“Melvin. I hope you’re happy.”
Andrew groaned as he returned to the shelf and pushed it down. Then he went to the table and pushed his hand across it, causing files and stationery to fall and some papers to fly into the air before falling on the floor.
