Chapter 138. Do You Miss Her?

The door opened as soon as Andrew knocked.

Bennett stood there with a mitten in his hand and a duster in the other. “Come on in.”

Andrew walked in fully aware that his bodyguards followed after him. He had decided to put his time away from work to good use.

Someone else had to have seen Melvin’s ghost at least. Or there had to be a sign because the kind of torture he received last night was different from anything he had experienced thus far.

First of all, he woke up bound — hands and feet tied together. How he had woken up in that state, he hadn’t known. All he knew was that he woke up with his tie fisted into his mouth. He’d been unable to scream for help. And had tried to beg Melvin through the collar. Eventually, he had to beg his brother to end it — to take his life to make up for everything.

All he got was the same silence he had got in the office.

Andrew’s eyes widened at the mess in Bennett’s living room. The vacuum cleaner was upside down
