“Can you think back to anything you might have kept closely with you while you were wearing the ear pods?” Bennett asked.

Andrew turned around as he reached the exit to the concrete circular gazebo. He had been walking around and around the gazebo beside the small artificial stream while he and Bennett tried to unearth the latest mystery concerning the ear pods.

“Anything like what”

“A pen, a button. Something small and metallic. Something you must have had on you or close to you while you were using the ear pods.”

“They were a lot of tiny metallic things there. And a lot of people.”

Bennett claimed to have found nothing with the tapes but something unusual with the ear pods.

“It had to be really close to your body Not more than 3 or 4 inches away.”

“I don’t think anybody stood that close.” They had all been afraid of his possible outburst to stay too close. Even the person handing him the ear pods had shivered and moved as far as they could
