Chapter 99. Family Call

Elaine flew out his hands at the sound of the ringtone, and it took everything in him not to curse, not to pull her back into his arms, and do what he really wanted to do – kiss her and implant the seeded grape in her mouth.

“I… I have to take this call.” She walked away from him, backwards like she was scared of him.

Andrew swallowed a lump in his throat that wasn’t really there as he turned away from her. Holding her so close. He had almost tasted her skin.

Her neck…

He groaned. She was driving him crazy. The silly woman was driving him mental with the things she was doing and he wasn’t even sure she was aware of it. Had she known he would be at the door? Did she have to call his middle name like that? Did it have to affect him like this?

She grabbed the phone and turned her back to him. For all the good that it would do when he had already seen the black sheer blouse she wore underneath. He hadn’t seen any of her upper bust area.
