Chapter 13. Betrayal

Kevin POV

I waltz up to the Amethyst Pack house with Emery on my arm.

She is still a little shaken up about being kicked out of the Obsidian Pack, but I know my Alpha will accept her into our pack.

She won’t be rogue for long.

I march past the Omegas with my head held high, but I can see the glares they are giving Emery out of the corner of their eyes.

She may smell like a rogue now, but her purple eyes don’t deny where she belongs, and that is by my side.

Alpha Boyle swings his office door open before I can knock, and he does not look pleased.

His arms are crossed over his chest and he is looking Emery up and down.

“Where is the blonde?” He demands to know.

I am a little taken aback by his tone. “This is Emery.
