Martina cleared her throat, breaking the spell that had fallen between them. She looked away, her cheeks flushing with heat. "Thank you, Antonio," she said softly, trying to regain her composure. "For everything. I appreciate you looking out for me."
Antonio smiled, his eyes softening. "It's my pleasure. I just want you to be safe and to know that you can trust me. I am on your side," He turned the key in the ignition, the car engine roaring back to life. "Let's get you home."
