Chapter 12. An Unfair Fight
Moses crossed the castle halls and met Leal, who had come for the wedding and was now waiting for him in the kitchen, and they left in silence. They took their horses and galloped off at full speed. They reached the village, and Moses entered the inn. He asked the innkeeper something, and he handed him a key. He went out again and went behind the inn, where there was a hut. He went in, and when he saw Liã, he ran into her arms and thought of nothing else. He did not even remember to close the door and did not even notice when a woman in nightclothes watched him while thick tears fell down her face. And a deadly hatred landed in his heart.
Eliza returned home, and her weeping had not yet stopped. A transformation was taking place in her heart. She had been betrayed and wanted revenge. But, as hurt as she was, she could not cause pain to the man she loved. She would find out who that woman was and kill her. It was a good thing she had followed him. Of course, she never imagined
