The next door was knocked. Medusa poked her head through with empty hope. Her instincts were confirmed. There was no way anyone would dare to kill themselves visiting. Azeeva obviously wouldn’t bother knocking.

Medusa scanned the yard to the outside of the gate. The large trees usually used as hiding places did not go unnoticed. However, Medusa found no one present. Her gaze dropped to the ground. A tablet with the logo of the Paramour City with a star object was left lying on the outside of the carpet.

“No wonder, the tapping rhythm is random,” Medusa said, bending down to take the tablet in hand, “they’re using drones. Am I that important?”

The tablet case opened, revealing a black screen. The snakes in Medusa’s head hissed as the power button was pressed and the tablet turned on.
