“Luther Griffin.”
Rachel froze at Ezekiel’s words. She turned to him in confusion. The henchman was gladly slowing down the rocky terrain towards the other route of Namson’s Mansion. Rachel didn’t know what’s next.
Ezekiel just said his name and all of her body parts went rigid.
“What’s with him? Why did you… state my boyfriend’s name?” It was surprising. Rachel couldn’t read his mind at all. It was as if a façade was already put up between them that talks about boundaries and whatnot.
Ezekiel was unfazed. He must be asking it out of curiousness.
“I just wonder if he talks about law too much. I only know that he’s a law student, and based on what I heard from you, the course is difficult to surpass,” Ezekiel explained. Rachel understood her intentions of talking about that. She had never relayed Luther’s life on the table for Ezekiel
