Maddie and Jacob entered the house, the guy's parents were not home so they had the entire house to themselves. 

They went to the living room and sat down, getting ready to discuss their next move until the omega remembered something. She had not told Jacob about what had happened at school earlier. 

It was just that so much had been happening and she had forgotten. “Jacob, I need to tell you something.” As soon as the words left her lips, she caught his full attention and saw nervousness and fear cross his face for a few seconds before they faded away. 

“Yeah? What is it about?” Jacob adjusted himself on the couch and stared at her for a few seconds before going back to surfing through channels on the TV. He would have continued staring at her but he was a bit nervous and anxious.
