Chapter 59. Losing It!

Following the recent verdict reached on Cat’s case for murder, she was to be in a Psychiatric Hospital. Her strange behavior of twisting her hair and giggling to herself made the jury conclude she was insane and needed mental health care, not to be remanded in Federal Prison. During the court sessions, she would burst into laughter and then jump to her feet and dance to the sound of music only she could hear.

There was nothing Lacey could do to get her out of the situation she had found herself in. Cat wasn’t in her right sense, and Ruby had magically proved she was hexed. Detective Jones’s hands were tied. He couldn’t stop his precinct from charging Cat to court.
