“Parley,” Ryan murmured under her breath when she walked into the house he had asked her to bring Liana to.

It was the first time she was meeting him. She had heard of how powerful he was but never had a reason for him to meet her, and now, finally, she did.

Mr. Reeves was seated at the head of a dining table, eating while his men decorated the place in their numbers. He didn’t stop eating when she walked in with Liana like she thought.

Liana scoffed when she saw him. “Of course, it’s you behind all this. I just knew you’d go and do some shit like this.” She lamented out loud.
