Liam’s POV

I stared at my wife as she slept so peacefully. I knew she might be scared about traveling to see my father tomorrow, but I promised I’d always be there to stand by her side no matter what.

I held her close to me as I smiled. She was now mine, and no one could separate us. I thought about Cara and what she might do if I brought Lizzy to my father tomorrow. I tried to push the thought away, trying to forget if Cara was going to do anything stupid tomorrow.
