Chapter 61. Dainty Fairy

The desert land echoed with the clicking and clacking of wooden carriage wheels and horse hooves as the carriage Annalyn and Elena drove bounced on and off the rocky road. The carriage consisted of an open cart where some of the male and female slaves who volunteered to follow them sat in, and a driver seat in front of it.

There were three elderly men, four middle-aged men and women, and three young adults in the cart. A male soldier who served King Arthur sat in the carriage with them. Elena and Annalyn sat side by side in the driver's seat, Annalyn holding one of the reins and Elena holding the other to control a total of four horses.

“You and King Arthur seemed to be getting really fond of each other,” Annalyn mouthed suddenly, staring forward.
