Chapter 38. Winona and the Seawater
Suddenly, Richard courted Winona. Once again, Winona was lost in her feelings. It was as if the world was silent, and there was only the pounding of her heart. Winona felt the cold on her body slowly turn warm. However, all of a sudden, everything Winona felt stopped because Richard had let go of her advances.
“I told you, don’t ask too many questions,” Richard said afterward.
Winona could only stay silent because her heart was still beating fast, and her breath was short. Richard really had ravaged her heart. Winona was still quiet when Richard carried her out of the room in his arms. She just realized that this place was beautiful, with white and wooden interiors. The swimming pool behind the villa seemed to merge with the sea, making Winona look away. It was undeniable that everything was beautiful, but she still felt afraid.
