Chapter 24. The Power of the Mafia

Selena heard the scream. But she didn't respond. Her heart raced faster as she heard the sound of her bedroom door being forced open.

"I'm scared. But I have to survive!" Selena, in a chaotic state, mustered the courage to step out of the bathroom to see what was happening with her bedroom door.

Selena looked around the bathroom. "What items can I use to defend myself?"

"There's nothing in this bathroom that I can use as a weapon!!" Selena was in a state of panic. "Come on, Selena!! Think fast!!" Selena encouraged herself.
