"Sweetheart? What's wrong?" I asked, concerned.

Lena kept her eyes closed, deeply asleep or unconscious. I felt sorry for her. I knew I couldn't just stand there. Lena needed to see a doctor soon.

Something wasn't right with Lena. My children were living inside her. It was my responsibility to take care of my family.

I called my best friend. "Are you with Lena, Dean? Have you been kicked out of her place yet?" he joked, but I ignored it.

"Shut up and listen, Zed. Something has happened. It's about Lena. I need to take her to the doctor. Tell me you've already got the car I rented for our stay here," I pleaded.

"I'm in the car right now, buddy."

"Come to Lena's place right away. She's passed out. We need to get her to the hospital,"
