One of them seems shyer and more reserved than the other, like the type of girl her friend dragged along so she wouldn't be alone.
"She's quite stylish," I point out. Although I'm not sure if I want to hang out with her, even as friends. They seem like the kind of people who are only with you for their own benefit.
"Before you write them off completely, just get to know them," Evans advises.
"Okay, I take it back."
"I've seen your face," he grumbles. "The blonde one is going to be with me; her name is Mont. The other one is Fernanda, but they call her Fer."
"You already knew them?"
"Flirting with her friend at a club doesn't count as getting to know them, does it?"
"Not at all," I say with a disgusted expression.
The girls lock their gaze on us and approach immediately. As they walk over here, I feel smaller and smaller. I'm not like all the other businessmen. Most of them have an inflated ego, and I have one too. I love myself, enough
