Adelaide's POV

"He's on his way! He is on his way!" Ruby spoke with much enthusiasm. I had no idea what had happened to her. She started acting strangely as soon as the guards discovered us. 

"Do you mind telling me what you're talking about,Ruby? I questioned her, "Who is on his way?" but before she could respond, the cell door blew open and I heard heavy footsteps approaching downstairs. It seemed as though the entire world vanished as the person into view. 

Just this incredible man and I were standing there. Ruby was howling like crazy within my head, but I didn't really hear her because the only thing I could say was, "MATE"

The only word that came out of this gorgeous man's mouth was "MINE." I was taken aback. I didn't even think I was going to be mated anymore.
