I woke up the following morning feeling happy. It's been a while since I woke up with any other feeling than anger or sometimes indifference. 

I had felt so sorry for what Lucia did to Lance and Dominus that I decided to forgive Lance. I don't know why I did, but it felt as if there was a force that was beyond me that wanted me to forgive him. 

After our parents had left the previous day, Lucia was still crying despite the fact that the matter had been resolved by our parents.
