Maureen's POV

I woke up the following day giddy with expectation. The Luna had actually promised Lucia and I a day out. 

'You have been smiling to yourself since you woke up. Want to share the secret of your happiness?' Lance asked. He must have noticed my mood since I woke up.

'The Luna is taking Lucia and I out,' I replied.

'Really, where does that leave us?' Lance asked raising a brow playfully.

'You, who?' I asked smiling teasingly. 

'You know. Dominus and I,' he answered.

'Are you guys not going to the training ground?'

'No, today we are free and our new recruits too are free to relax for today,' Lance said.

'Oh really? Are you guys being slutty at what you are given to do?' I asked raising a brow.

'What do you mean. Can't we have a day off?'
