I had stopped Alpha Asher from following Dawn for two reasons. One I knew from experience that she would not want him to follow her like that and there was every possibility that she would not talk to him.

Two I thought it was best to let her confide her worries to someone who could calm her down first before he went to her.

I actually pity him. I was once in a situation like his and I knew it wasn't easy to feel helpless and your mate unreachable.
