Chapter 85. Confirmation

Lance's POV

'We might have to call Grandma Gina to confirm what he said,' Maureen said as we explained everything Alpha Asher has said. 

'We need to be sure he is saying the truth. He might be lying for all we know,' Lucia said and Dawn growled at her.

'I am sorry. I didn't mean to do that,' Dawn apologized as a slight blush tinted her cheeks.

'He is your mate Dawn, it is natural for you to defend him. I should not have called him a liar. I am sorry. I am just confused,' Lucia apologized to Dawn.

'I understand you perfectly. There is no need to apologize,' Dawn said calmly.

Dominus picked his phone and called Grandma Gina. 

'Hello my boy,' Grandma Gina said happily. 'It's so good of you to call this tired old lady after calling everyone and exempting me.' 

Dominus rolled his eyes but he still couldn't hide the smile that pulled at his lips. 

'Dawn called you grandma,' Dominus said.

'Of course that is because sh
