Gena turned to me. “What do you think we should do?” she asked, making Sandra also look directly at my face.

Of course, I had no idea how to fight a shadow bot, but what would Dad do if he was in my shoes?

I reached out and grabbed a hammer from the ground, then smashed it into the glass window, shattering the glass onto the ground.

“Let’s go,” I said to them.

“Yes,” Sandra said as she was the first person to jump out the window.

Gena jumped out next, and the second I went further to also find myself out, the huge table we used to block the door came flying out of the way, allowing the monster to walk inside.

“Oh shit! Elisabeth, come on,” Sandra shouted from the window.

I turned to leave, but as I walked to the window to jump, the Shadow bot jumped right in front of me and grabbed me by my neck.

Ugh! I struggled strongly with the shadow monster.
