“Honestly, I don’t know where she is; since she already knew that this plan would likely fail, she started to fear that Matthew would find her and silence her at all costs; she even took my grandmother with her,” said Sarah solemnly and Grace Park could catch the honesty in her eyes.
“And what’s with your face?” asked Grace, who had been very curious since she first saw Sarah that day.
Sarah held her face. Her nose was swollen and bruised. “Benjamin Abbot beat me last night; he went crazy and showed me his real face,” she replied wryly.
Grace Park snorted., “I’ve never liked that family in a long time! Arrogant people! Especially Isabella Abbot! Does she think she’s the President of the United States or what? She always gets into things that don’t need her concern,” she hissed, her hand outstretched, taking the chicken feet and eating them hungrily.
