Anna slipped her phone back into her pocket, her hands trembling slightly. She did not know particularly why, but maybe it was because she had stood up to the CEO. 

She did not like the guy’s dismissive tone and how he was when it came to certain situations but she understood that it was just the way he was. 

Feeling her heart racing, she continued down the hallway until she found herself in the elevator, heading down. When she reached the lobby, the automated doors opened and she stepped out. 

She made her way out and headed for the exit of the building. Once outside, she took in a deep breath of the fresh air. It was a warm and nice day, she just hoped that things would align with the weather.
