“At least, he accepted that the child was his!” Miranda said, her eyes filled with sympathy for Roma, realizing that indeed, their cases were similar.

“At first he doubted it, telling me I couldn’t be sure it was his, since it could be for any of the other men I was sleeping with!”

Miranda felt Roma’s pain.

“I couldn’t start telling him, he was the only man I had ever been with so I was hundred percent certain it was his. Just asked him to smell them or do a paternity test. He sniffed—he has a great sense of smell. That is one of his gifts and found I was his indeed and that was when he made me the offer.”

“What are going to do?” Miranda asked, thinking that men were heels. “Are you going to keep it?” she asked.

“Would you suggest I terminate it?” she asked. “I can’t. It is a part of me and a part of Lyndon. It is fruit of my time with him,” she said smiling. “Since I can’t have him, at least I could have his pup!”
