Chapter 11. Something Happened to Harry
Harry walked towards his room; he passed Alice’s desk without once looking at her. Alice, who was about to say hello, was finally discouraged. The girl frowned in confusion. She didn’t understand what was going on with his boss. The man was cold, much different from Harry’s figure yesterday.
Alice shook her head. She tried to ignore Harry’s attitude, which was considered different today. The long-haired woman was again focused on her work.
“Maybe Mr. Harry was busy, so he rushed into his room,” she said.
Whatever happened to her boss, as long as it didn’t affect Alice’s work, that girl had no right to interfere. Alice was only focused on her duties as Harry’s secretary; that woman too knows boundaries.
