Aurora cried more, but I couldn't even bring myself to fell pity for her.
"Why cry, pet? She would never get out of this one, at least not alive, her treats are nothing." Isis promised and walked towards me; she had a dagger in her hands; I wouldn't back away; there was no point surrendering now. I tried to hold onto her hands, pushing her away, but Isis was by far stronger than I was, and no matter how hard I pushed, she wouldn't budge. At the very last minute, I dodged her dagger, but before I could move further away, she had her hands in my hair, and she drew me closer to face her. I tried pulling her hands out of my hair, but failed yet again.
