Chapter 59

He had just dialed Vic’s number when they saw Jerry walk through the gate casually. Cain and Jay looked at each other before looking back at him. Cain went on to talk to Vic while Jerry approached Jay.

“You guys wouldn’t let me use my phone so I thought I’d go out and try to contact my sister.” He muttered when he got to Jay who just narrowed his eyes at him without a word.

“Well, Vic has gotten to her.” He heard Cain say and turned to him, worried. “He’s just watching her for now. Did you do something stupid?”

Jerry, too dazed by the news that they had already tracked where his sister lived didn’t answer so Jay made it clear to him, what the question meant.

“Did you go to Wolves?”

Jerry shook his head. “I told you, didn’t I?” He answered, voice low and humble. “They’d kill me if they found out you know about this. I’d be dead already if I had gone to them.”

“You better not be lying,” Jay came closer to him and he took a step back in fear.

“
