Chapter 35. Kidnapped

“Trap?” he asked.

Richard didn’t answer, he immediately changed to his wolf form. Raven also didn’t ask anymore. He and all members of the Beta Group changed back to their wolf forms. They followed Richard running back to his house.

“Winona is in danger,” Richard said curtly.

Richard was absolutely sure that this was a trap because when he ran out of his house, Richard left Winona unprotected. There were only a few ordinary werewolves who might not have as good a sense of smell as Richard. After what happened, Richard believed Winona was the target. He recalled how a vampire had suddenly approached him after the press conference; it was a courageous but also reckless move.

Meanwhile, Winona felt the wind coming through the window. She blinked, getting up to close the window. However, suddenly, she felt something hit her body. Winona opened her eyes in surprise and found a man suddenly on top of her, his hands suddenly grabbing her wrists quickly.
