Chapter 101. Council Meeting

Hunter’s POV

“I’m sorry to say that, back then my goals didn’t involve me being a council member. I would have lost the freedom to explore the world, which I couldn’t do if I was stuck here,” I said. “As a hunter, I hated the old traditions of the Sun Order. If I had joined the Council, I wouldn’t be able to leave for more than a few days. Then, I would be summoned back. It was horrible for someone who enjoyed adventuring as well.”

The guards all looked down. Who was training them now anyway? If that old man Knight retired, then the new trainer must have been bad at his job if they were this weak.
