It was already 1:00 pm when we left Silver Cross. Kaelan had to help Evan put a few things in order.

As we rode back to Crescent Moon, I heaved a sigh of relief. The tension of the past few days had finally begun to ease. Evan was now Alpha, Johnson was banished, and Silver Cross now had a real chance at prosperity.
